Super Simple Alphabet Ball Games

Here are the best four I’ve found that work perfectly for active kids.

1. Alphabet balls fishing game sensory bin - I love this little game. Grab a fishing net, some tennis balls and you’re off to a great game. The kids will love ‘fishing’ for the alphabet balls, you can even create a beginning sounds game with this to develop more skills.

Head to the link above to see how to set this up and to see it in action from The Imagination Tree.

2. Alphabet Ball throw and catch from Playdough to Plateau - what a great way to practice alphabet recognition skills and gross motor skills. Head to the website to see how to prepare this activity with your kids.

3. Alphabet bowling with cups - program some cups with letters on them the the kids will kick the ball to try to hit the cups then identify the letters on the cups. Such a cute activity. Head to Fun Learning for Kids to see how to set this up.

4. Basketball alphabet game with a twist - this one is so adorable and it has a fine motor twist to it too! The kids will get to throw the ‘balls’ into the basketball net. You can use real tennis balls here too but they’ve got printable cards you can use as well. Head to School Time Snippets to see how to set this up.
